Return & Replacement Policy

At Raida, your comfort and hygiene are our top priorities. Our Trailcraft MX Jersey are designed to be worn close to the skin, offering maximum performance for riding, fitness, and daily activities.

No Return Policy (Hygiene Clause)

Due to the intimate nature of the Raida Trailcraft MX Jersey and for strict hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened. This policy is in place to ensure that every customer receives a brand-new, unused garment.

Replacement Eligibility

We understand that errors can happen. We will provide a free replacement under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong color or wrong size compared to what you ordered
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

How to Request a Replacement
